    • 6:00pm - Registration & Doors Open (All available volunteers, please form a fire tunnel in the back of the sanctuary to pray over women as they walk in.)

    • 12:00 - 1pm - Lunch Break Off Campus (building closed to attendees) Volunteers can bring lunch or go out and get lunch. They are welcome to come back to the building and eat.

These teams are designated to specific areas of focus. Event responsibilities and scheduling will be at the discretion of your team leader.

Event Coordinator

Christi Shedd

Christi will be the point of contact for questions and troubleshooting for all team leaders & directors during all sessions of the event. Please see your team lead prior to directing any needs or questions to Christi.

Cafe Divine

The cafe will only be available during the Friday afternoon VIP Session, Saturday morning & afternoon sessions.

You will be helping setup and breakdown decor before and after event. Please see team lead for specific instructions.

Please wear your media team shirt (or solid black shirt) & lanyard while taking photos. We would like you to capture photos and short video clips in both portrait and landscape orientation of speakers, worship, volunteers, and ministry moments.

Please wear your media team shirt (or solid black shirt) & lanyard while volunteering for your assigned session. Camera operators will need to be at their stations during worship and ministry time for evening and morning sessions.

Facilities/Janitorial

You will be responsible for the reset of the sanctuary after each session including straightening chairs, picking up trash, taking out trash and making sure the air conditioners are working properly. Also, cleaning/restocking bathrooms as needed, and sweeping the building to make sure people leave after evening sessions.

You will be responsible for assisting at the prayer line for each session as requested by the MC Team & Guest Speakers.

You are responsible for ensuring homeless people don’t enter the building during the event, and assist with any disruptions during conference sessions.

As the Host team your role at the conference is to ensure that all participants have a positive and enjoyable experience. This includes setting up event spaces, welcoming attendees, providing information and assistance, and managing any issues or concerns that may arise. Your professionalism and attentiveness are crucial in creating a welcoming and organized environment for all attendees. Thank you for your dedication and hard work in making the conference a success.

HOST Overseer

Tabitha Reedy

Your host overseer will serve as the point of contact for all team leads leading up to and during the conference. If your team does not have a team lead, then Tabitha will serve as your point of contact.

Our TEams

Registration

You will be responsible for pulling tables out prior to the start of each session and placing in kids room after each session starts. Check in each conference guest to make sure they are registered and putting wristbands on attendees as they check in (VIPs get gold bands, regular attendees get black bands). VIP ticket holders get a welcome bag as well.

Greeters/Ushers

As sanctuary hosts, your primary responsibility is to assist individuals in locating available seating, as well as warmly greeting and receiving participants upon their arrival at the conference. After sessions, please assist our facilities team with cleaning the sanctuary of trash & resetting chairs as needed.
